Helping leaders reach their full potential in Christ

Sooner or later most leaders come to the realization that there is more work to do than paid staff to accomplish it

It is a universal problem. But what if the answer is right in front of you? What if the greatest resource is the person you already know? Whether you’re a Pastor or non-profit leader looking for staff-level volunteers, or you are a volunteer searching for more ways to give your time and make an impact, Untapped Church will help you get there!

About Derek Sanford

Derek has committed his life to seeing leaders reach their full potential in Christ. He has lived out this passion in the context of Grace Church where he has pastored since 1995. A church where two-thirds of the staff are unpaid volunteer leaders. Derek has also leveraged his commitment to volunteer leadership toward the local community in Erie, Pennsylvania by founding ServErie; a non-profit organization centered around serving the city. And most recently Derek has founded the Grace Leadership Institute, a school of ministry dedicated to training and equipping future leaders. His heart for pastors and the local church comes through in his new book Untapped Church where he talks about this culture of high-capacity volunteer leadership that has impacted many thousands of lives.
